Do I need to be home?

No. Most clients give us a key or door code, which we store encrypted. You’ll get a text when we arrive and when we leave.

Do you bring supplies?

Yes, everything: vacuums, microfiber, and plant-based products that are safe for kids and pets. Prefer your own? Just tell us.

Are your cleaners employees?

Yes. Every Clearwave cleaner is a background-checked, insured employee paid a living wage with benefits. No contractors, ever.

What if I’m not happy?

Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back to re-clean the area for free. That’s our Sparkle Guarantee.

How do I pay?

By card after each clean. There’s no deposit, no contract, and you can pause or cancel any time.

Can I change or skip a visit?

Of course. Reschedule or skip from your account or by text up to 24 hours before your clean.
